Iron Queen Convent returns for the sixth time! We meet at an atmospheric venue in Małe Ciche. Peace, mountains and poles – the perfect combination, this time with a stronger focus on Exotic and Pole Choreo.

The venue is ours alone (no outside groups)
4 training rooms (3 equipped with poles)
3 meals a day (delicious home-style cooking)
Exclusive jacuzzi, pool and sauna

Training Programme

We provide a minimum of 16 hours of intensive workshops. The programme develops strength, technique and the artistic side of dance – this edition features more Exotic and Pole Choreo classes.

Working on clean technique and new, signature pole entries under the guidance of world stars.

Learning long, fluid sequences that combine tricks into a cohesive whole on spinning and static pole.

Classes dedicated to heel lovers. We focus on floorwork technique, footwork and sensual flow. Iron Queen offers more Exotic hours than any of our other camps.

Building complete routines – musical interpretation, stage presence and emotion. An extended block in this edition.

Dynamics, safe falls and spectacular acrobatics that will add a wow factor to your performances.

Sessions strengthening specific muscle groups plus mobility work preparing the body for harder tricks.

An evening recovery session. Fascial stretching and relaxation after a full day of training.

Terms (Summary)

  • A deposit guarantees your place on the list – amounts will be announced when sign-ups open.
  • If cancelled for epidemiological reasons – a new date or a 100% refund.
  • You may resell your spot to another person (we help where we can).
  • If you cancel, your payment is refunded once a replacement participant has paid for your spot.
