Izabela Krajanowska-Hensel

Meet the instructor — Izabela Krajanowska-Hensel

Izabela Krajanowska-Hensel is the founder of the school and the driving force behind its camps and instructor courses. She coaches competitors with heart and dedication, and her greatest strength is her belief in the people she teaches. She is also a multiple award winner in Pole Art.

Sabina Górny has trained pole dance for over four years and has taught as an instructor for two. She loves flexibility-based holds and smooth, gentle flow transitions. Her classes focus on a thorough warm-up and strength-building as the foundation for safe, effective training. She wants everyone to feel comfortable in their body and progress at their own pace.

Aneta Górawska is a pole dance instructor who believes strong foundations are the key to success. She pays particular attention to building sound technique and training habits. She explains pole movements clearly and vividly, sometimes adding insights from physics. Her students always come first, and seeing their progress gives her the greatest satisfaction.

Emilia Siarnowska is an exotic instructor who loves flow: smooth, sensual dancing with beautiful lines that express both strength and softness. She enjoys working on details and teaching the body to move gently and harmoniously while discovering power and femininity through dance. Her classes create a space where everyone can feel comfortable and safe. She loves sharing her energy and dancing alongside her students.

Meet the instructor — Paulina Pilszczek

Paulina Pilszczek is a pole powerhouse who never gets enough! In her classes, you will challenge gravity. You may be surprised by how approachable pole dance becomes when Paulina explains it. Her favourite holds are starfish, allegra and iron-x. What will you often hear in class? “Have we done both sides? One more go on the other side won’t hurt.” :)

Meet the instructor — Julia Safonów

Julia Safonów has trained pole dance for three years and has loved its variety from the start. For Julia, it is both a sport and a way to express herself and explore her limits. She is most fascinated by dynamic elements, regrips and holds involving splits and backbends. She mainly teaches beginner groups, introducing newcomers to pole dance and showing how each element can be learned step by step.
