About this edition
An archived pole dance camp in Małe Ciche, near Zakopane. The 2025 edition brought together an international instructor team and a programme of pole dance workshops.
The package included
- Accommodation at a resort reserved exclusively for the group
- Four training rooms, three equipped with poles
- Three meals a day, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options
- Outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna
Workshop programme
Sessions with the instructor team, organised into two or three three-hour training blocks per day.

Pole tricks, combinations and transitions.
Pole Combo
Linking tricks into longer sequences.
Pole Exotic
Floorwork and choreography.
Acro Pole
Handstands and acrobatic elements at the pole.
Choreography
Steps, gestures and dance sequences.
Stretching
Stretching, mobility and recovery.
